Compliance

Clear rules for how we act – towards clients, partners, employees and the public.

What compliance means to us

For us, compliance means more than obeying the law. It is the basis on which clients and partners entrust us with their business. Every employee, including management, is bound by the following principles – in every project, in every country and towards every business partner.

Code of conduct

What we stand for.

  1. Laws and contracts

We comply with applicable law and with what we have agreed – even when it is inconvenient.

  2. No corruption

We do not offer, grant, request or accept improper benefits. Gifts and invitations stay within customary limits and are handled openly.

  3. Fair competition

We win business through quality, not collusion. We do not exchange competitively sensitive information.

  4. Confidentiality and data protection

We treat information from our clients and partners confidentially and process personal data only within the GDPR.

  5. Conflicts of interest

We keep private interests and business decisions apart. We disclose potential conflicts before they arise.

  6. Responsibility in the supply chain

We expect the same principles from partners and suppliers: human rights, fair working conditions, environmental protection and integrity.

In practice

How we live compliance.

  1. Management bears the responsibility and appoints a contact person for questions and reports.

  2. All employees are trained when they join and regularly thereafter.

  3. We check new business partners before working together; agreements are put in writing.

  4. Breaches can be reported at any time – anonymously if preferred – through our reporting channel.

  5. We follow up on breaches; they have consequences under employment and contract law.

Reports

Seen something that is not right?

Our reporting channel under the Whistleblower Protection Act is open to employees, partners and suppliers – confidential and, if desired, anonymous.
